Terms of Use
1. Who we are
AiKiller (the "Software") is provided by Yogi Software Works ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
2. Free software
AiKiller is provided free of charge. No purchase, account or license key is required.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free license to install and use the Software on Macs you own or control. You may share the official download link. You may not sell the Software, distribute modified copies, reverse engineer it except where law allows, or use it in violation of law.
4. Optional purchase
AiKiller works the same whether or not you pay. If you choose to buy the developer a coffee, your payment is a voluntary, optional purchase of AiKiller sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record; your payment is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's own terms. Payments are charged in US dollars (USD); your card issuer may apply its own conversion fee. An optional purchase does not unlock features, a license, support, updates or any other entitlement. We do not receive your card details. Lemon Squeezy emails you a receipt after checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Updates
We may release updates, change or remove features, or stop development at any time without notice.
6. Your data and your responsibility
AiKiller runs only on your Mac. It does not upload, collect, store or back up your files, and we have no access to your data. Scan Mode is read-only. Clean Mode deletes the items you select after you type a confirmation code. Deletion is permanent. Items are not moved to the Trash and cannot be restored by us. Detection uses built-in rules: it may list items you did not intend to remove and may miss items you expected, and the credential-preserving option recognizes only the files covered by those rules. You alone are responsible for your data, for reviewing every item before you confirm, for keeping current backups, and for every consequence of deleting files, including loss of data, credentials, models or settings and the failure of other software. You use the Software at your own risk.
7. No warranty
The Software, the website and all guides and commands published on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software is error-free, that it identifies every item or only the items you intend, that it preserves any particular file, or that file locations listed are correct for every version of third-party software.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yogi Software Works and its owner are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss or corruption of data, files, credentials, models, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Software, its use or inability to use it, the guides or commands on this website, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the Software is free, to the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for all claims relating to free use of the Software is limited to US$10; for claims relating to an optional purchase, our total liability is limited to the greater of US$10 or the amount you paid. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Third-party systems
Use the Software only on Macs and data you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for claims by others arising from your use of the Software on systems or data that are not yours.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page applies from the date shown above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the place where you live, the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Software.
