Refund Policy
AiKiller is free
The app itself costs nothing and needs no license key, so there is nothing to refund for the app. This policy covers the optional "buy me a coffee" purchase.
14-day refund window
Refund requests for an optional purchase made within 14 days of the purchase date are honored under this policy.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase date, from the address used for the order if possible, and include your order number.
Terms
- Refunds are processed manually through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method. We submit approved refunds to Lemon Squeezy within 14 days of your request; timing of the credit then depends on your payment provider.
- An optional purchase unlocks nothing in the app, so a refund changes nothing in the app: AiKiller stays free and keeps working.
- We may decline requests that appear abusive, repeated or fraudulent.
- After 14 days we do not offer refunds.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Version 1.0.0 licenses are no longer issued or supported. If you bought one, email us and we will refund it in full.
