Who is responsible
Yogi Software Works. Contact: [email protected].
What the app does
The AiKiller app includes no analytics or usage tracking and, from version 1.1.0, makes no network connections of its own. Scans and deletions run locally on your Mac and nothing is sent to us. The "Buy me a coffee" button only opens our website in your browser. Version 1.0.0 contacted the Lemon Squeezy licensing service to activate licenses.
What is collected
- Purchases (optional): payment and order data (name, email, billing details, payment method) is collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your card details. Lemon Squeezy shares order details with us (order number, name, email, country, amount). We use them only to handle refunds, support and tax records; our receipt records keep the order number, amounts and country, not your name or email.
- Support emails you send us, which we use only to respond to you.
This website
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages and may be served through Cloudflare. These providers may process technical data such as IP address and request logs under their own policies. We use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to monitor how the site appears in search; these tools provide aggregated search data to us. The website, but not the app, uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that measures page views and referrers in aggregate; the app itself contains no analytics.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Email [email protected] to make a request. Data held by Lemon Squeezy is also subject to their processes.
Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is on this page.
Jurisdiction
We handle personal data in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and, where it applies to you, the EU and UK GDPR. Our service providers (Lemon Squeezy, GitHub, Cloudflare) may process data in countries outside your own. We keep data only as long as needed to handle support, optional purchases and meet legal and tax obligations. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
